Want to discover the secret to having an exceptional day?

Starting your morning with purpose can help set the tone for the rest of your day and increase your productivity and overall well-being. I read an article by Vanessa Van Edwards and she states the importance of morning routines and how to implement one that is right for you. Taking her advice I created my own routine that I’m trying to add to my life.

I still struggle with doing it every day, but I try to hit it most days. I think a morning routine makes your day run smoother. I’m a creature of habit and I like to add new good habits to my life if I think it will help me have more successful days. I have also added an example of the routine I have created for my day.

Here are some tips for starting your morning with purpose:

Wake up early:
Try to wake up at least an hour before you need to start your day to give yourself some quiet time to focus on yourself.

Meditate or stretch:
Take a few minutes to meditate or stretch to clear your mind and get your body ready for the day.

Set intentions:
Think about what you want to accomplish for the day and set intentions or goals to help you stay focused.

Eat a healthy breakfast:
Eating a nutritious breakfast can give you the energy you need to start your day on the right foot.

Plan your day:
Spend a few minutes planning out your day and prioritizing your tasks so you can make the most of your time.

Practice gratitude:
Take a moment to think about the things you are grateful for and focus on the positive aspects of your life.

Get moving:
Consider doing some light exercise, such as going for a walk or doing some yoga, to get your blood flowing and help you feel more alert.

By following these tips, you can start your morning with purpose and set yourself up for a productive and fulfilling day.
